Dong Nai is becoming an attractive destination for many investors due to its advantages in terms of waterway, road, railway, and air transportation. Currently, with over 1,600 FDI projects from 46 countries, with a total investment capital of nearly 36 billion USD, Dong Nai is among the top 10 leading provinces in attracting FDI in the first quarter of 2024.
However, despite achieving positive results in investment attraction, Dong Nai is still determined to rectify existing limitations and constraints. It listens to investors in order to make timely adjustments and meet their expectations.
According to Deputy Consul General of Japan, Furudate Seiki, Japanese businesses have received great support and favorable conditions from the leadership of Dong Nai province. Dong Nai will continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for FDI enterprises operating in the province, including Japanese businesses. Mr. Furudate Seiki hopes that in the future, Dong Nai will frequently listen to the concerns and desires of businesses in order to respond and resolve difficulties faced by these enterprises. If the investment environment improves, Dong Nai will have the opportunity to attract more attention from businesses seeking investment opportunities in Vietnam.

Currently, Dong Nai has 33 established industrial parks and 6 industrial parks awaiting approval for new planning phases. Therefore, Dong Nai still has room to attract investors in the coming time.
Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Thi Hoang, affirmed that the strong development of the FDI business community in Dong Nai has greatly contributed to the province's economic development, creating jobs for hundreds of thousands of workers, and promoting the development of industries, trade, and services. FDI enterprises have been, are, and will continue to be important driving forces for Dong Nai's economic development.
According to the Permanent Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Ho Thanh Son, creating a favorable business environment and supporting business development, including FDI enterprises, is the goal of the provincial government. With that perspective, the Provincial Party Committee requires the Provincial People's Committee to continue to strengthen administrative procedure reforms, direct departments and agencies to fully implement online public services at level 3 and 4. It also emphasizes the need to improve the quality of the civil servant workforce and their professional ethics to better serve businesses.
The Permanent Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee demands that in the future, there should be better adjustments and improvements, only then can there be a close relationship with businesses. Departments and agencies need to actively improve and pay more attention to promote the development of Dong Nai to a higher level. Especially, during the investment, production, and business activities in Dong Nai, the support and resolution of difficulties by the provincial leadership, as well as departments, agencies, and localities, are crucial.
