Training Course on Food Safety and Hygiene held for the Staff of Joint-Stock Companies
The Provincial Department of Food Safety has recently hold the second training course on food safety and hygiene for 170 trainees who are directly involved in food production and processing in the local businesses.

Collective eat-in kitchen employees of Dong Tien Company are being trained.

    Thanks to training course, students are offered commonsense knowledge of food processing methods maintaining hygiene, such as how to choose food items, food processing, measures against food poisoning, requirements of processing and categorizing food at the collective kitchens.
