Tan Phu District: 17 Out of 18 Communes Meet National Medical Standards
According to report by Tan Phu district Health department, in 2009, the district had more three communes recognized as national medical standards ones, totaling up 17 out of 18, accounting for 94.4%.

Bodies meeting national medical standards in Dong Nai in 2009 are given certificates of merit.

    In spite of its low economic growth in recent years, with close direction of district’s Standing Party Committee, People’s Committee and local authorities, Party Committee, Communal People’s Council, the Tan Phu’s Health Department and Health Center had local doctors trained in colleges and hospitals; up to now it has 14 doctors working in communal heath centers, up six compared to 2005.

    The 2010 goal set by the district is that it will continue to have the recognized bodies efficiently operated, and try to enable all of its communes to meet the national medical standards.
