conference’s view |

The conference
was attended by over 120 leaders, chiefs of the secretariat, officials and
public employees who are in charge of emulation and commendation tasks in
Departments and districts across the province. The conference deployed the
instruction documents of the Civil Servants Law on the principles of
training, recruitment, employment and management
of civil servants; obligations and rights of civil servants, and conditions to
assure public-duty performance.
The conference also approved the detailed
regulations of the Law on Emulation and Commendation and
the
Law Amending and
Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation;
the activities and management of the conference; and the job
discontinuation and retirement
procedures applicable to civil
servants.
