Dong Nai province’s
competent agencies handled 598 forms (including 563, 22 and 13 forms of
complaints, land disputes and denunciations respectively), occupying 57.64%. 117
out of 563 forms of complaints have been settled (20.81%), 193 of which are both
logical and illogical (34.34%), and 253 of which are illogical (44.93%). 3 out
of 13 forms of denunciations are both reasonable and unreasonable and 10 of
which are unreasonable. Through the settlement of complaints and denunciations,
the competent agencies recovered land use right for local residents with the
land area of 90,170m2 and the compensation of VND2,397 million as
well as other properties.
