The Department coordinated with the
interdisciplinary checking team to examine 587 public service establishments,
detecting 235 violation cases, and sanctioning administrative violations (a fine
of up to VND148.8 million). Besides, 45 violators were arrested in 15
prostitution raids. As such, 08 violators were handled according to law
provisions, 11 ones received administrative sanctions, 25 ones taken to
the
Social Labour Education Centre. The Department
educated 06 violators in the community, and organizing vocational training and
job creation for 25 ones.
The Department efficiently organized detoxification
for 256 drug addicts (a decrease of 16.6% compared to the same period), of which
50 ones have gived up drug addiction in the
Social Labour Education Centre, 97 ones in the
community, and 18 voluntary ones; organizing vocational training and job
creation for 74 ones, and supporting loans for 08 ones.
