1K National Road Apartment Buildings has an area of over 6 hectares including section A and section B that have been assigned construction of apartments for trade to Dong Nai Trade House Company. In fact, now this company has been built completely 2 blocks of 6 storeys and a block of 11-storey and keep building the second eleven-storey apartment building, and prepares space for constructing next blocks.
Especially section B has an area of 2.8 ha, according to project 8 blocks will be built here including 6 blocks of eleven-storey and 2 blocks of 17-storey. If construction has been completed, 1K Apartment Buildings will provide more 1000 apartments which can satisfy essentially people’s resettlement needs and administrative canter’s; and some other important buildings of city. Trade House Company suggests Provincial People’s Committee for retaining a half of area in section B to build houses for trade.
However, before the urgent requirements of resettlement in Bien Hoa city and suggestion of functional branches, Mr. Thai-Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee requires the company of transferring the whole area of section B to Bien Hoa city to construct resettlement blocks.
To this total mobilization, Bien Hoa city will have foundation to speed up construction of 1K National Road Apartment Buildings, both satisfy requirements of resettlement to deploy for implementation of city’s key projects and make a new face for Bien Hoa Urban Center.
At the meeting, Representative of Parent Company- Sonadezi Company said if transferred by province, members of Sonadezi Corporation will invest capital about 300 billion to build section B in the time of 2 years and will pass to Bien Hoa City to serve for resettlement. Price of these buildings will be counted by basic constructing price added more 10 percent of investment agency’ expenses.
