Nhon Trach will become a second-level city

Nhon Trach new city have been projected to become a center of technology, trade, service, tourism, education-training and technological science of Dong Nai province

This is the key area of the South to develop a second-level city from now on to 2020. The approval for adjustment to general project of Nhon Trach new city- Dong Nai province has been signed and proclaimed that.

Specifically, to the year of 2020, Nhon Trach has an area of 22.700 hectares for building a city, and population of 600.000 people. Subdivisions of Nhon Trach new city includes: urban residential area is about 5930 ha; industrial zones and branches are about 3.600 ha; systems of central cities, professional centers, systems of plant, water surface, and parks are about 6.165 ha; eco-tourism area is 2.000 ha and rural areas.

According to decision, to transportation, Nhon Trach will build Phuoc An cargo port on Thi Vai River, tourism port on Dong Tranh River, Dong Nai River and other ports.
