Newly-released regulation on water resources management in Dong Nai

On last February 24, the Provincial People’s Committee has released a regulation on water resources management in Dong Nai Province.

Newly-released regulation will have a contribution towards water resources protection in the province

The new regulation on water resource management includes seven chapters, 25 general regulations on licensing water resources use, responsibilities of organizations and units, rights and duties of individual organizations, specialized report system and inspection, awarding and violation treatment, and celebration and implementation in the field of water resources. In accordance with this newly-released regulation, activities in water resources management in the province will be managed closelier and more effective, contributing to water resources protection in Dong Nai Province. It will valid 10 days after issuance date.
