Working on adjustment of detailed planning of Hiep Hoa commune – Bien Hoa City

On January 7 morning, Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai had a working session with leaders of departments and the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City and Hiep Hoa commune on adjusting the 1/2000 scale detailed planning of Hiep Hoa commune, Bien Hoa City. This project belongs to the general planning of the city until 2020. This adjustment is aimed to build a traffic system linking Hiep Hoa Isle to Bien Hoa City, meeting the demands of development and expansion in the future.

The 1/2000 detailed planning

At the working session, Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai asked related departments and consultancy unit to quickly make the detailed plan with selected solutions, and then submit it to the Provincial People’s Committee for approval. Some planning solutions ought to be separated to solve in order to ensure their feasibility. He noted some matters related to land clearance and compensation, and resettlement for local residents, especially ones related to customs and habits, and historic relic.
