The Fair attracts many investment projects

This trade fair and exhibition, the ever-first big
fair in Nhon Trach district, with 120 booths displaying products and services in
fields of construction, real estate, agriculture, and trade, etc. attracted the
participation of many big enterprises: Tin Nghia One Member Co., Ltd, House and
Urban Development General Company, Vietnam-Japan Steel Joint Stock Company, Van
Phuc Co., Ltd., and Nhon Thanh Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company,
etc. These companies focused on designing booths impressively to lure more
visitors.
Specially, construction companies paid attention to
models of their industrial zones, residential areas, new urban areas that are
being building in districts. Some key projects were introduced to visitors such
as: Phuoc An new urban area in Phuoc An commune (150ha), Long Tho-Phuoc An
residential area (223ha), Nhon Trach 2 industrial zone, Nhon Trach 6 industrial
zone, Ong Keo industrial zone, Nhon Thanh residential area, and Phuoc An
residential area, etc.

Nhon Trach is a district with high economic growth
rate and economic structure shift towards industrialization and modernization.
Its industrial density stands at 58.74% and its annual GDP growth rate reaches
17.46%. Nhon Trach district now has 7 industrial zones with a total area of
3,500ha ,and 301 projects with a total investment capital of US$5.6 billion. Of
which 185 projects has been implemented with over 47,000 laborers. Most these
workers are now living in the crowded, rented rooms which are in bad conditions.
Considering these difficulties, Mr. Huynh Van Thich,
Director of Van Phuc Limited Company, made a plan to build housing for workers,
ensuring nearly 2,000 houses for workers in industrial zones of the district.
The company also plans to extend the planning of residential areas with the
housing construction for workers and experts in the North. When finishing, this
project will make contribution to support housing fund of the district and
create landscape for Nhon Trach new urban area.
The organizing board of the fair said: in 5 days,
the fair has attracted more than 20,000 visitors. The most exciting thing is
that the fair has lured not only local residents but also many groups of
visitors from Ho Chi Minh city and even foreign visitors. The exhibition area of
socio-economic achievements has received most attention from investors because
they could find here opportunities to do business. It is also the purpose of the
fair.
New look of a modern new urban in the future
With the capacity to call for investment in the
fields of business, construction and industry, new look of Nhon Trach district
has been gradually established in a modern style through developing many project
of industrial zones and residential areas. Nhon Trach district now has 66
investment projects with a total area of 1365.5868ha; 62 projects of residential
areas (3,610.7ha), etc. These projects have shown that Nhon Trach district has
developed not only its infrastructure but also services sector.

At the fair, the model of agriculture in urban areas
drew much attention from residents. Mr.Vo Xuan My, Head of Nhon Trach district’s
Encouraging Agricultural Station, said “Safe vegetables drew much attention from
many people. Many visitors coming to the fair bought raw sprouts in order to try
to enjoy them. It is a new direction for the new urban area of Nhon Trach
district”. Participating in this fair, Taxi Vinasun also offered its services
for new Nhon Trach district in the future. The eco-tourist projects in Nhon
Trach are gradually established, promising a modern and dynamic urban area. In
the future, Nhon Trach district will become one of centres for trade-services,
tourism, education-training and technology in Dong Nai province; and the
Southern key economic area.
