According to study results of a scientific theme " Hepatitis virus B and C infection in children of preschool age in Dong Nai province between 2009 and 2010" led by a team from Dong Nai Children's Hospital, 96.93% of children have been vaccinated against hepatitis virus B and C in the expanded program on immunization in the province.

On July 22 morning, Center for Application of Advances in Science and Technology (Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology) in collaboration with Bat Trang ceramics and porcelain production design joint stock company, a partner in Pecsme project (Project to improve energy efficiency in small and medium enterprises in Vietnam) organized a seminar on transfer technology to fine art ceramic production facilities when relocating Tan Hanh ceramic and porcelain industrial cluster. Nearly 40 participants were experts, scientists and entrepreneurs attended the seminar.

On July 12, at online conference hall of Dong Nai province Department of Science and Technology and its Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai province Department of Science and Technology (DOST) held a press conference to announce activities of Dong Nai Center for Applied Biotechnology (DCAB) in Cam Duong commune, Cam My district. On September 30, Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology of South Vietnam in cooperation with Long Thanh District People's Committee organized a sientific seminar on "Current status and solutions for industrialization of Long Thanh and Nhon Trach Region in Dong Nai province" to collect comments for the scientific research theme " Assessing economic - social - environmental impacts on farmers’ life in the process of industrialization in Long Thanh and Nhon Trach region of Dong Nai" led by Dr. Ho Cao.
