Manufacturing ceramics-porcelain with
energy-saving technology like gas shuttle kiln helps reduce channel
cross-section, increase pressure of heating chamber, lengthen distance that air
flow travels, increase the height of heating chamber, reduce fuel consumption by
25%-30%, save heating time by 20%-24%, and reduce production costs by 30%;
moreover, ceramic products after taken out of the kiln can have high and stable
quality; thereby, saving energy and reducing environmental pollution.
It is known that Bien Hoa now has 49 ceramic
manufacturers (33 companies, 1 cooperative and 15 individual households). The
city had a policy on planning of Tan Hanh ceramics-porcelain industrial cluster
on an area of 54.83 hectares to relocate ceramics production facilities in
concentrated residential areas to industrial cluster.
