Mr. Dang Ngoc Truong, a specialist in the Centre for Fostering Politics of Long Khanh town, who won the first prize of Group B, said: "Although quite confident about my computer skills, this is the first contest, so I could not avoid anxiety. But determined to join for experience, I have regained calm and confidence to display in their exam”.

As a specialist in charge of informatics in his unit and a very dynamic labor union member since at schools and thanks to active involvement in programs of mobilizing, supporting public and union members, he has gained great experience for this contest.
He said, he himself was quite comfortable when performing the test in round one. In the second round, thanks to his careful preparation, clear talk with interesting, nice presentation and coherent structure, he won heart of the judges. He revealed that "Role-playing skills are important when making presentation, helping contestants avoid mistakes when coping with the problem. If you think you are reporting to the people and comrade, your presentation will be more realistic. It is also a factor for a successful test”.
Although doing well in his presentation, but he was quite surprised and happy to be announced to be winner. He shared: "Informatics is a powerful tool for disseminating policies of the Party and Government to people. The purpose of my participation is to test my knowledge of information technology and at the same time to learn more knowledge of public relations to do my work well”.

The story of the second prize winner in the contest "Propaganda and Training Cadre of Excellence In IT Applications and Public Relations” this year has also made a lot of people admire for the owner of the award is still very young. Bui Khanh Nam, Deputy Secretary of Binh Loc commune Labour Union is the youngest contestant in the contest (21 years old).
While being a younger and inexperienced contestant than other ones in the contest, Nam was quite confident. Having good computer knowledge and ability to present issues as well as intelligence in problem solving, Khanh showed his bravery in the first time to participate. He, a young union cadre, finished the contest with a second prize as well as remarkable results.
Nam Khanh said, he himself was just awarded Certificate of A-Level Informatics but thanks to maturity in the union environment, i felt pretty confident when participating in the contest. Through the contest, Nam learned a lot more knowledge of informatics like PowerPoint for effective dissemination.
Importantly, I had an exciting experience in the contest with meaningful education”.
"Next year if I have enough conditions to continue, I'll keep on learning more to register for the exam,” said Nam Khanh. Hopefully, with first results as a launch pad, Khanh Nam will continue to shine in the next contests.
