Center for Environmental Monitoring and Technology receives ISO 9001:2008 certification On May 27 morning, Center for Environmental Monitoring and Technology, a subsidiary of Department of Natural Resources and Environment, held a ceremony to receive ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification and its first customer conference.   Receiving ISO certification By the end of 2008, the Center for Environmental Monitoring and Technology officially put into use the ISO 9001 quality management system. Over two years, to date, the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system has been applied successfully and awarded a certification by Certificate Center, a subsidiary of Directorate for Standards and Quality (Ministry of Science and Technology) in such fields as monitoring, analyzing water quality standards (surface, underground, waste waters), air, soil, solid waste and offering environmental consultant service. Customers visit equipments of the centre. The ISO 9001: 2008, Quality management system- Requirements is the fourth version.
