He joined in the contest “Propaganda Staffs Who Are Good At Information Technology Application And Public Relations” with the aim of trying his hand at an intellectual and interesting playground. Claiming himself as a man fated to win the second prize, he confided to us that getting the second prize in two successive years hadn’t made him feel sad and disappointed. On the contrary, he himself had felt excited although he had coped with a lot of pressure because he had won the second prize in the previous year and this year he had been supposed to take the first prize and maintain his achievement gains.
He says, “Contestants competing with me have a high level of proficiency. I took my hat off to them, but I felt quite comfortable because any competition has winners and losers; besides, I consider this contest to be a chance for learning, rather than competing”.

With wide knowledge of information technology and good public speaking skill as well as ability to figure out issues needed to be paid attention to, he had interesting explanations for real situations that a propaganda cadre often encounters in real life. Applying flexibly consistent principles in a cadre’s behaviors and paying attention to learning about problems from the viewpoint of humanity help his speaking receive nods and concurrence of judges at any time.
Though not winning the first prize, two second prizes he won is a noticeable achievement of the young propaganda cadre Nguyen Van Tuyen. He says, “Next year, I will continue to improve myself and enter this contest because knowledge is endless, especially information technology, a rapid developing field. Knowledge considered to be new yesterday is considered to be out-of-date today, thus a propaganda cadre has to continuously try his best to learn to fulfill his or her mission well.
