Mr. Le Minh Hoang, Director of the Department of Education and Training, was giving certificates of merit to winning teachers.

    According to report of the Organization Board, after theoretical competition, 256 out of 559 teachers were qualified to take part in practical part, at which 196 ones were assessed as having good teaching periods (achieving 18 per 20 marks and more). As a result, 196 primary school teachers were recognized as provincial-level good ones. The Board of Organization also awarded two first prizes to Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh Tu and Ms. Huynh Thi Mai Quyen, two second, three third ones and two others to highest scored candidates in the theoretical tournament. In addition, the Board of Examiners gave two special prizes to youngest and oldest candidates in the competition.
