According to the memorandum, SSTC and CIL will cooperate closely on the training programs of technical workers, soft skills, and technical skills, on the exchange and supply programs of experts and advanced engineers and on the programs of production capacity expansion.

DIZA cooperates with CIL because CIL is a recognized training institution in Malaysia, which meets Dong Nai businesses’ demand for technical workers supplying and training and for skill enhancement for workers and managers, said Mr. Vo Thanh Lap, Head of DIZA and Director of SSTC.
